Termite Services
Don't want termites damaging your property? There are many ways that termites can enter a structure, but the only way to stop them is through treatment. Hargrove Pest Solutions can eliminate a current termite infestation or can protect your home or business before a termite infestation occurs.
Wood Destroying Organisms Reports
Commonly known as the "termite letter," Hargrove Pest Solutions offers Wood Destroying Organisms inspections and reports. This type of inspection will identify wood destroying organisms such as subterranean termites, dry wood termites, wood boring beetles, powder post beetles, and wood destroying fungi and the conducive conditions that facilitate these pests. Our Service Specialist will give a thorough and honest evaluation of your property and can give you advice for repairing any problems noted during the inspection.
Hargrove Pest Solutions can complete a bait system or our Double-Defense treatment to protect your property from termites. Our Specialist will inspect your home or business and explain to you the best treatment option for the structure. No matter which treatment method is used on your property, we guarantee results.
Bait System
Hargrove Pest Solutions is proud to bring to you the latest advancement to the Termite Control market – the Sentricon System® with Always Active™ Technology! After 7 years of research and testing by universities, researchers, and government agencies, this system is now available! The Sentricon® System allows us to skip the monitoring stage and go directly to the treating stage since the bait with active ingredient, Recruit® HD, is present from day one! Active bait will be in every station on your property all of the time!
This type of system has little or no impact on the environment. For this type of treatment, we will install Sentricon® Termite Bait Stations around the perimeter of the structure. We will return to the property once per year to to re-inspect your home and replenish the Recruit® HD termite bait.
Hargrove Pest Solutions is an authorized operator for the Sentricon® System. To learn more, go to http://www.sentricon.com/?ao=HargrovePest.

Double-Defense Treatment
Our Double-Defense Termite Protection provides two layers of protection. We will install a complete exterior perimeter liquid treatment using Termidor and a complete exterior perimeter Sentricon® System, which are industry leaders for termite protection. Under this plan, your property can be protected by both.
*Full liquid only treatments are also available upon request.
Guarantee
Both of our treatments are guaranteed for life as long as the yearly renewal fees are paid. At the time of the annual renewal inspection, our specialist will inspect your property for any active termites or conducive conditions that may have developed. We will also recharge your bait stations and replace the interior components to ensure the integrity of the system is maintained.
Re-treatment Plan
This protection plan is available with both types of treatments. In the unlikely event that termites are found on the structure after treatment, we will re-treat the area at our cost. This plan does not cover damages caused by termites.
Repair and Re-treatment Plan
This protection plan is available with both types of treatments. In the unlikely event that termites are found on the structure after treatment, we will re-treat the area and repair damages at our cost. Not all homes will qualify for this plan. Our Specialist will let you know which plan you qualify for during the initial termite inspection.
