During the initial visit to the property, an inspection will be completed to determine pest threats and possible entry points, harborages, and food sources. We will work with you to design a plan that will fit your needs and needs of the structure. Many pest infestations can be eliminated by mechanical means or by repairing the structure, thus avoiding heavy chemical usage on the property. We will take an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach to your home and we will work to use the most effective materials possible that have the least environmental impact. As with any of our services, you will get our guarantee - if pests return, so will we - for free!
Hargrove Pest Solutions understands the importance of a pest managed environment in the commercial setting. As with our residential service, we will design a service plan that will suit your business's needs and we will service your property when it is closed or during off-peak times.
All of our commercial accounts receive a pest management log book that remains on-site at each property. This log book will include all information and recommendations from past services at the property. It will also include a graph of the property so that pest problems and conducive conditions can easily be located. This log book will keep your business manager informed regarding the "who, what, when, why, and how" of the pest management service and will also help you stay on top of sanitation issues.
Hargrove Pest Solutions also offers complete flea and bed bug treatments. These treatments require great attention to detail and will be customized to the infested area at your property.
