Our Credentials
All of our inspectors are South Carolina licensed and ASHI certified. Inspections are conducted according to the ASHI Standards of Practice.  Having an ASHI certified inspector means you are getting an inspector certified through the nation's oldest and most widely recognized home inspection certification program.

Our stucco inspectors are certified through Moisture Warranty Corporation.  Our expertise will help you protect your investment by identifying any areas of concern that should be resolved before further damage can take place. Our expertise will also aid homeowners in properly preparing their stucco homes to be sold.

Hargrove Pest Solutions is a member of the CSRA's Professional Pest Control Association.  Our pest division manager is a Certified Operator in the states of Georgia and South Carolina, holds a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License, is a graduate of the University of Georgia Termite School, and is certified in Public Health Pest Management.
